Lil' Chef Party

After Cailey napped all day (from the lock in) the kiddos went to a birthday party. Ashton had her party at The Lil' Chef and it was very cute! After decorating chef hats and aprons the leaders broke the party into two groups and they had an 'iron chef' competition with the secret ingredient being tomatoes.

The kids did pretty much everything except for take food out of the oven. My three got to chop onions, peppers, tomatoes, grate cheese, combine the ingredients, butter the bread, and help stir the food on the stove. Cailey and Braden were on the same team and worked on a casserole with pasta, peppers, onions, cheese, and fresh herbs. Kinsey's team made pizza bites rolled up in crescents..and both teams made bread (one garlic and one cheesy).

afterwards they got to eat their creations...they loved it all!

ephram spent his time playing with choo choos and playing in the
toy kitchen. he was sure to be a taste tester AND eat a cupcake:)
