We had a GREEN celebration today! Since three of us chose to give up sweets for lent I tried to make it all food that everyone could eat. (Instead of all the cute rainbow ideas I had.:) It was gorgeous so we ate outside.
There were spinach shamrock chips, garden green beans, green fruit salad (green apple, grapes, kiwi, honey dew), celery, salad, peppers, broccoli bowties with stir fry broccoli, green jello, cucumbers, pickles, and green milk.
They devoured it then had green leftovers for dinner. It was a fun day with my green beanies!
