quick beach trip

Even though we didn't want to get super sandy and wet before pictures we couldn't go all the way down without spending some time out in the sand! We headed down there after the aquarium and then let the kids climb on some nearby rocks (and throw a few)....they had a fun time!

then we went to dinner at Big Daddy's (seafood) where the kids decided to have a contest to see who could hold a lemon in their mouth the longest. kinsey and braden won and could have kept it in there all night:)! it was a very relaxing environment and nice to sit and chat with the kids about their fun day.

Ephram took a power nap in the van for about 10 min and then slept in the restaurant for another 15. he was precious and snuggly before waking up and immediately was happy and ate some hush puppies. i was thankful he was in a good mood because I didn't want him to be grumpy for the white beach pics coming up after dinner!
