Front Yard Picnics

The kids and I have lunch picnics in the front yard all the time when the weather isn't too hot. On Sunday when we came home from church it was gorgeous so we decided to have a family picnic and daddy joined us. Such a simple thing...yet so fun for our family! Brian and I used to picnic ALL THE TIME when we lived in MA. We'd bring our blanket out to Lynch park and sit between rose gardens and the ocean or even just pull it out on the seminary lawn. After lunch we'd always play cards for hours....love those memories that we can now turn into family fun!

Ephram decided he wanted to try his bike that day too! He hasn't quite gotten the handle of pedaling and seems to be more like the older two (who are NOT my daredevil ones) so it may still be a while:). Thankfully he has siblings who love to push him around on it, though! I can't believe he's big enough for that!
