Labor Day was the last day the outdoor pool was opened at the Y. We went there as a family (since Brian had the day off) and met the Klick's there. The kiddos always LOVE when daddy comes to the pool and is able to take turns holding the baby so we can each go down the slide with them. It was "pirate" day and there was a treasure hunt in the pool for all sorts of pirate garb. Cailey found an eye patch, and Kinsey and Braden both found telescopes. There was also a contest to see who could build the best 'boat' out of pool noodles for the mom's to race on (which i did NOT participate in...but was happy to take pics:). Brian helped a group of kids build a boat and did a great job!
