Ephram's 2nd Birthday Pary

This year's theme was the farm. I made the cake/cupcakes while braden decorated all the bags.

when ephram woke up from his nap and saw everything he kept pointing at it and saying, "my party!" he said, "i want my party for snack" (meaning his cake). days later he still says my party when he sees his toys he got as gifts, his cake, or anything related to his birthday:). if you are playing with one of his gifts he'll say, "no, my party!".

our big 2 year old! once again his party ended up being on our
anniversary (12th this year) but we loved sharing it with his party:).

i didn't have organized games for the kiddos but i had the farm, extra animals, and color sorting farm animals out. the 'babies' came in and out and played with them throughout the evening.


it cracked me up how much the kiddos enjoyed the EMPTY pool! they played and played in it...then found it was a great place to eat:)



the trampoline was also a HUGE hit and the big kids spent most of their time on it...and the girls even ate up there. ephram and his buddies (except jay who wasn't hungry) sat at the little yellow table.

present time! he LOVED the cards and sweet gifts he was given. he still remembers which toys were presents and lets you know whenever he plays with them.


hilariously quick group picture of the kids....and bryce had all the boys (and even some girls) excited about spiders he was digging out from under our deck and other bugs he was able to find. they had so much fun!

proof i was there celebrating with my baby boy. this was one of the times i attempted some structured activities with two year olds:)
