In addition to running I have also been doing a work out video every morning. Kinsey LOVES to do whatever mommy does and often exercises with me. Most mornings she can be found right beside me through the whole video trying her best to do each move. I love it! It keeps me going to see sweet Kinsey beside me with a smile on her face. She is MUCH more flexible than I am and is quick to point out that she can touch her toes and fold in half:). Love you, sweet girl!
