While the big kids had one last practice on Friday....
I had Alex and we went to Barnes and Noble for story time. The story time wasn't captivating for the babies so Kelly and Tricia read some books instead:). After reading books and playing trains we went to a toy store where the babies were able to play in their playroom and try out some new toys.
The kiddos rested in the afternoon (per their choir directors advice) and read, played games, and watched a movie.
This years theme at choir camp was "Race to Win". It started with the younger kids coming in these little cars and Kinsey was SO very excited! This is the first year she was old enough to do choir camp and she loved every bit of it. She did great learning all the songs and had so much fun!
Cailey wanted to do choreography this year and loved it!
Braden's part was HILARIOUS and had everyone laughing. He was chosen to lip sync a super LOW voice throughout a song...kinda like Elvis. With him being so serious we weren't sure how it would go but his teachers worked really hared with him and it was awesome! Cailey had a solo in one of the songs and did great too:).
All of Cailey's friends/siblings were on the blue 'team' which made taking pictures easy:). Ashton, Rebecca, Braden, and Kinsey are all in the blue picture.
so proud of you guys...it sounded great!
