the girls woke up ready to fly!
ephram hosted his buds: alex, carter, and scarlet for a playdate. they spent most of their time playing trains, eating, finding babies (hee hee carter) and jumping on the trampoline. oh...and ephram decided to POOP on the chair for his friends. that was not a nice way to welcome them but they quickly got over it (mommy was horrified).
i am so happy they were able to spend this time together while all the kids were at either choir camp or vbs!
cailey needed a haircut. usually we wait until august...right before we go to the beach but this year it was looking especially bad from the morning swim practices/days spent at the pool and since i knew their choir show was coming up i wanted to get it done before that. this was the ONLY time before the show we could do it (with all the nights being filled with swim team practice). cheryl was SO sweet to come eat lunch with us after choir camp and watched ALL the kids while i took cailey (and ephram) to get her hair cut. after that she treated them all to cookies or ice cream. my kids think she's santa claus...seriously. ashton wanted to look around the mall (as did cailey and rebecca) but i had to get ephram home for a nap so Cheryl offered to take them all for the afternoon for a playdate...again...santa claus disguised as a sweet friend:). They had a great time over there playing outside on their new playset, eating:), and playing more.
