bok bok moo day!

i dressed the kiddos up like cows for FREE Chick Fil A again this year on Cow Appreciation Day. First up was a stop to see our favorite CFA Lady...Katherine! My kiddos love her as much as I do and always attack her immediately with hugs:).

To make it fun I decided to get a little more creative this year and do a 'smurf'' type theme. The kiddos don't know about smurf's but once I gave them ideas we came up with Fancy Cow (Kinsey), Sporty Cow (Cailey), baby cow, and Brainy Cow. Kinsey even had dangle earrings hanging from her cow ears:)...it was very cute! Sporty Cow already had brown spotted shorts so we made her a brown cow. I colored on baby cow's shirt so we can re use it at least a couple more years...he was TOTALLY into it and kept telling everyone he was baby cow:). Brainy Cow had a Science book and wore his glasses.

In the afternoon Tricia came over to paint their faces and did an awesome job!

For dinner we went again with the family and Tricia, Dave, and her sister Rebecca. We saved SO MUCH money and everyone was able to get adult sized meals...the two oldest have big appetites and LOVE the CFA salads and fruit! Kinsey and Ephram stuck to the nuggets and fries or fruit.
