cailey and zoe..so nice having friends on the team! kinsey made some friends too and was playing war with them. this is what she calls her scary smile...and she loves getting it on camera.
ephram got a boo boo on his nose...from running at the
pool and wanted to show everyone.
It's been SUPER hot here the second 1/2 of July with temps over 100 every day. One early Saturday morning we went to the kids swim meet and it was brutal already. We put the youngest in swimsuits and kept spraying them with water bottles and even let kinsey jump in the pool at one point. Overall the swim meets haven't been bad but that one was awful! It didn't slow the kids down any and they had a blast racing and keeping cool with their team mates.
