ephram loved filling his bucket for the castle...and getting hugs from his big sissy

i love these pics of braden trying to catch fish with crazy hair

we were out on the beach for 8 hours the first day and i had the four of them by myself from about 10:30 until 3:30. (all the cousins and my parents were out there in the beginning before going back to the house). cailey spent most of her time with a friend out in the ocean, kinsey met a group of girls and spent her time digging with them or playing in the waves, and braden met a friend who was searching for hermit crabs, fish, and sand diggers. the first day he came home with a bucket full of little hermit crabs...they were everywhere! sweet ephram fell asleep on the beach at about 2 and I had to move him back several times because of the tide coming in. i finally WOKE him at 3:30 so we could go home with the rest of the family...and because my feet were FRIED. brian was working the first day and came that night.

we stayed in a beautiful HUGE house a couple miles from the beach. there was a pool (that i never got pics of), a pond where you could feed hundreds of turtles...that was AWESOME (again..no pics), a playground, and some ponds with fountains. it was secluded so the kiddos had the place to themselves. i wish i took more pics! when i'm on my own i don't bring my camera as much:) (i also held ephram in the pool...hence no pics)

all the cousins together!

they LOVE these ice pops...here's braden sharing
his second with ephram (who dropped his)

Dad rented a house at the beach for mom's birthday and retirement. They invited my brother and I down for memorial day weekend (we stayed thur night-tues) and we had a great time!
