Journey to Bethlehem

 signing the census
playing games while waiting our turn..then dinner
We went to the neatest Nativity this year called Journey to Bethlehem. It was progressive starting in a Jerusalem marketplace where the kids could use 'shekels' to buy goods. (Anything from 'fresh fish' aka goldfish to jewels and a ton more).  It led through all different rooms with actors giving us a play by play of what that day would have been like. We were searching for the babe...
Ephram didn't love king Herod. In fact he said he was mean!

 The angels singing

 we finally reached the Inn
The Christ Child

This was a great family experience and Nativity to get us ready for the Christmas season.
