Friday at Aunt Camp

Friday was a busy day at Aunt Camp! We had a great time and laughed a ton:).

First Stop: Jumpin' Beans

it was empty when we first got there so we were
able to jump with the kiddos-love it!















after lunch and a quick stop at HT it started POURING
outside...perfect for playing in the rain! i have always
loved letting the kiddos play in the rain and jump in puddles:)

trying to 'drink' the rain. she said it tasted gross.

the rainstorm was short lived and the kiddos headed
back in for an afternoon of games


next up: a great experiment/craft that i've been wanting
to do for a while. having auntie anne here was perfect timing for it!

mix 4 Tbsp self rising flour, 4 Tbsp salt, and a little water




add food coloring, stir


use q tips or paintbrushes and apply HEAVILY


after they are done put it in the microwave for 30
seconds and the 'paint' will puff up and harden.


the finished products! they LOVED this and we'll be
doing it again.

Outside AGAIN for more playing! Kinsey slept through
the afternoon activities but had a blast playing outside with everyone.
