Babar and Carriage Rides

Kelly discovered a cute Babar museum at the Beach so we went there in the afternoon during naptime for the babies. Each room was dedicated to a different country.

first up they got on the plane...and flew to Italy!

kelly called me to come take a picture...told me it was hilarious...and then i found these two nuts in the gondola all dressed up:).

next up...spain

then Japan complete with sushi and noodles. they did just a GREAT job with the dress up clothes and other items in each display and it was very interactive.

we stopped off at an eatery so we could order food and be served by the kiddos before continuing on our journey around the world.

next it was an archeological dig in Egypt then off to paris for a fashion show.

this carousel horse was set up outside the museum overlooking the ocean.

I rode with Kelly and the boys on the way home and we stopped off at this memorial so the boys could check out the jets and read the names of fallen soldiers. While at the Beach this year there were several times when army planes/jets flew overhead...quickly...and the boys (including ephram and daddy) would immediately point them out with excitement.

when we came home everyone had ice cream cones

after dinner we went to carriage rides and a playground

the kids had a great time climbing giant faux rocks and jumping off of them and they LOVED the swings because the dads were able to push the SUPER high! the girls went so high/fast that I wasn't able to capture a picture...they were laughing hysterically!
