kabobs

One of our favorite foods to make in the summer are kabobs! We made them all the time when we lived in MA too because we were able to grow our own produce. I even added mushrooms to them a few years ago because of Braden's love of them.

Yummy Yummy goodness! I just marinade the chicken overnight in Ken's Teriyaki with Pineapple juice and then throw the veggies in some once they are cut up and waiting to be threaded on the skewers. Then they sit and soak for about 3 hours until Brian gets home to grill them. You can also add pineapple but I didn't have any and had plenty of yellow with the peppers and squash.

i usually make ones for the kids that are tailored to them...so lots of peppers (no zucchini) on cailey's, lots of mushrooms (and everything) on bradens, and lots of tomatoes (and no squash) on kinsey's.
