Volume

These were from our Dr. Seuss celebration!  And the kids were arguing over which one had more...hence which one to share. So of COURSE I had to turn it into a lesson on volume. They found out that they were almost equal...one of them held just a tiny bit more which surprised them. I love grabbing these opportunities and turning them into teachable moments...just the fact we are home together and have time is great.

after this they were eager to share either of them (which we had dumped in bowls)
