I was SUPER excited to be there during the Cherry Blossom Festival while they were in peak! The Cherry Blossoms were late this year because of the cold and I've always wanted to see them. They were breathtaking!

After the White House we walked down to the Tidal Basin to see the beauty.

where the kids ran off some steam (and the grown ups CRASHED)

We rode this SUPER steep escalator a couple times each day. Not sure you can tell in the picture but it was crazy long!
By the time we got to the hotel we were pooped. For real. The girls were still full of energy but the rest of us were ready for bed!
