A couple weeks ago Braden and I went on a double date with Marsie and Braeden. We ate dinner at Chili's and then went to the Magic Tree House book club that the bookstore has once a month. Braden had been looking forward to it for a couple weeks! For his birthday Cailey bought him the book he needed to read for it with her own money (Eve of The Emperor Penguin). He read it a few times and was excited to talk about it and do a craft.

When we got there we saw a big sign that said American Girl Book Club....uh oh! Marsie had called several times to be sure it really was the right date and apparently they were mistaken. The boys still had fun going out to eat and reading some books at the bookstore:). I love hanging out with my big boy!
