We've been getting organic 93/7 beef from a local place and it comes in GIANT chubs which completely gross me out. Raw beef and I don't work well together. My loving husband could care less about it and was sweet enough to portion them all out in one and two pound servings..this was what it looked like when I came down for breakfast.
