Cailey has been BEGGING us for years to do cheerleading and we've always just said she was too young and she was involved in other sports activites she chose (like gymnastics). I was never a cheerleader (I played other sports instead) so this was new territory for me! We found a GREAT league called Upward and she's been having a fun time. Upward is a Christian organization there is not the 'competition' feel and they are constantly uplifted. They also memorize scripture every week to earn a sticker on their megaphone. They can earn stickers at each game for being kind, most spirit, most improved, most Christ like, etc. too. She had a great time cheering today and has all the chant and cheer words memorized now she just has to learn all the moves for them. All the girls were super cute and did a great job!

This is so precious. I just looked up Upward to see what they have in Salisbury and if we had gotten there sooner she could do it there! They have soccer this spring, too. HOW excited am I to be moving away from po-dunkville!! Not that I'm excited to be moving farther from you:(
