Fun Packed Day

Our co op had field day this past Friday and it was so great! I love that even though we homeschool they are still able to have parties, field trips, and field day with the co op. The kids were broken into groups by grade level and they had 10 stations for the kids to go through. I took the Kindergarten kids around to each station and had a great time watching them try: the obstacle course, shoe kick (hilarious), jump rope/hopping on one foot the longest, 100 yard dash, sack races, long jump, ball toss, face painting, and a few more that I can't remember at the moment.

Braden won a 1st place ribbon for hopping the longest

Cailey won the 1st grade ribbon for hopping the longest:)!!

a helping hand..it was great to see a bunch of dads helping out!

Kinsey did NOT like field day and clung to my leg
the entire time! She didn't know the person in charge of the
preschoolers and that just set her off to be grumpy the rest
of the time. I took her in our group but she still didn't want to try
anything. I took this picture right when I told her it was time to go home:)

After field day Braden had a playdate with Reece...which he and I were SUPER excited about! He's never had a playdate by himself before so I was thrilled for him. He had a great time and can't wait to do it again! According to Braden they went to Marbles Museum, and Baskin Robbins to have M&M ice cream..how cool is that?? Then they went back to Reece's house and played outside.

While Braden was on his play date, Cailey and Kinsey played with Addison and Jackson. We were there all day and had a great time! Cailey was able to play with Harrison after he got home from school too....and Braden joined us when his playdate was over. We had a very long day but it was super fun and we got to spend great time with friends!

Kinsey and 'Jacksi' (that's what Kinsey calls him)
They were able to picnic together for lunch AND dinner!
